This policy explains what personal data I collect through tamaspocs.com, why I collect it, how long I keep it and what rights you have. I’ve kept it short and specific to how this website actually works.

I don’t sell your data. I don’t use it for automated decisions or profiling. This website doesn’t use advertising cookies.
Who receives your data
I only share data with services that help me run this website and my business:
- Sybell Informatika Kft. (Hungary): website hosting and email hosting
- Cal.com, Inc. (USA): call booking
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.: if you contact me on Messenger. Meta handles that data under its own privacy policy.
- Google Ireland Ltd.: Google Analytics, only if you accept statistics cookies
- Defiant, Inc. (USA, Wordfence): website security. It can process IP addresses to block attacks.
- Billingo Technologies Zrt. (Hungary): invoicing. Invoice data is also reported to the Hungarian Tax Authority (NAV), as the law requires.
- My accountant: invoice and bookkeeping data
I may also disclose data if the law requires it.
Transfers outside the EU
Some of these services are based in the USA (Google, Cal.com, Wordfence). Where data leaves the EU, it’s protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

If you think I’ve handled your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Hungarian data protection authority: Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), Falk Miksa utca 9–11, 1055 Budapest · naih.hu · ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu. You can also go to court or contact the authority in your own EU country.
Children
This website isn’t meant for children under 16. I don’t knowingly collect their data.
